First we need to find the problem. Our Universal Pest Inspection (UPI) is the first step. We will give you a full description of every pest issue happening at your home or business. You call us out for termites we find everything else.
Secondly we need to kill the problem. Our highly talented technician will use surgical precision to kill the dry wood termites by injecting their colony with a least toxic, technologically advanced, chemical.
Third: The technician will probe surrounding boards to make sure that everything in that area has been caught. Then he will use a foam solution to make any walls, adjacent to infestation, off limits to termites in the future.
Fourth: We coat all the open framing inside the attic with a wood preserving borate that also acts as a termite preventative treatment. When dry wood termites return, and they always do, they will land on the coated wood and die without any chance of starting a family.
