When you look at the Rats life cycle and its ability to procreate it will come to no surprise that they are EVERYWHERE. The growth of a population in any given neighborhood is exponential. Rats will eat anything and love the trees in your back yard. They can jump up to 4 feet from the tree to the roof. They can fit into holes the size of a nickle. Once they get inside the house they urinate and defecate on insulation, chew wires, and have babies. A LOT OF BABIES.

Ordinary rat control uses the age old trapping method. Ordinary companies will place rat traps in the areas of activities and then come by periodically to see if they caught any. They never get control, the rats continue to urinate, defecate and chew on the wires, causing more damage.
